OUR FACILITY
Our facility, open all year round, is located in a very quiet area near the centre of Sarentino, only 18 km from Bolzano. Equipped with a beautiful terrace, it is surrounded by a green lawn with parking facilities. Apartments and common areas are fully wheelchair accessible. It is possible to rent the cellar to celebrate your anniversaries. The water is drinkable. Pets are not allowed.

THE APARTMENTS
The apartments include bedroom, kitchen/living room, wardrobe and a complete bathroom and they are all equipped with satellite TV, hairdryer, dishwasher and Nespresso. Bed linen, towels and crockery are provided. Final cleaning has to be paid separately. Minimum stay 2 nights.

Apartment ALPENROSE for maximum 4 people:
200 € for 2 people + 30 € for each additional person
40 € for final cleaning

THE APARTMENTS IN THE NEW STRUCTURE

• Apartment EDELWEISS for maximum 4/5 people:
  180 € for 2 people per night + 30 € for each additional person
  40 € for final cleaning
• Apartment ENZIAN for maximum 3 people:
  150 € for 2 people per night + 30 € for each additional person
  40 € for final cleaning
